Most likely yes the english version is working in Interlude tho Packet Hack is pretty much like dead.

by the way when i connect l2phx to l2 and i go to warehouse or whateva it doesn't show sendrequest receivedrequest no more is there another way to enchant hack with warehouse or other then warehouse?

 

try with a pet (u can store items there) or by trading with other player,dunno if there's any sendrequest or receivedrequest
