First of all I don't know if this is right place on the forum to debate this but here we go.
I would like to discuss this with all of you in order to establish a parameter ( players x internet link ) that would help a lot others to initiate their own server.
I see many ppl talking about their servers and theirs internet link but none actually informing about quantity of players x internet link and how to have a non lagged server.
[suggestion] We could discuss this using the follow table:
1 - 500 players = xx kb/s
500 - 1000 players = xx kb/s
1000 - 1500 players = xx kb/s
1500 - 2000 players = xx kb/s
2000 - 4000 players = xx kb/s
4000+ players = xx kb/s[/table]
I will post my own experience later cause Ive just putted a new server online.
