[HELP] NPC Buffer doesnt buffing

I added two npc buffers. (one of them gives prophet buffs and another one is dances/songs)

 

The that gives prophet buffs is working well. But i am having with the one that supposed to give dances/songs.

 

When i click the buffer it says, ''You are either not carrying out your quest or don't meet the criteria''

 

 

Any help? thanks.

if its about that init file. Please give a detailed info

check the imports on the init file , if u have registered the buffer inside custom folder , or if its gracia if u have it inside scripts.cfg

well everything seems ok. But the thing is, there are a lot of init files.
