[HELP]With A-style's pack!!With Max Casting and Atk. Speed

guys i have edited the max casting and atk speed but the players can stillover take them.How can i fix this??please tell me

Just dissable it with 0 ... I think u don't need to make it to for exaple to 1500 max cas.speed... just dissable is...

i want to put a line.i dont want them to over 1999 max speed.i put there 1999m casting but they still reach 2180 cast
