in 1st room when you enter into IT (where the zombie mobs are) when you enter in the room go to right , there is small room with and NPC in the center , you get one quest from it ,  after you finish the quest you can enter to frint

Entering Frinteza's lair is like entering Antharas's lair - you need a quest :) This one is called Four Goblets. Search for it ;) You need to fully complete the 4sepulchers 4 times and then you can enter Frinteza's room :)
