Guide Missing System Chat Window in Legacy Client Return of Queen

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the Legacy client (Return of Queen Ant) (Lucera 2) — the System Chat window is missing.
I can’t get it working no matter what I try, maybe someone here can help me (give advice or share the file).
I’m already completely exhausted.

Maybe someone has an interface for this client with unnecessary features removed, closer to Interlude?

this is offlike, you have to edit ui9 in your systextures and the interface to fix it
