GENERAL RATES:   North American and European Proxy options

 Xp/Sp: x4     (x6 with VIP) - Free 12 hour VIP by Voting or buy 1 month VIP with Donation.
 Adena: x2     (x3 with VIP) x2.5 for first month and then back to x3

 Quests: x2 (drop is x2 and reward is x1) In L2OFF x1 Server many quests don't have a 100% drop rate so that's why sometimes you will get different quest drops at different locations. Most major quests will be between x1-2 quest item drops per mob.

 Party Xp/Sp: Base Retail Rates
 Safe Enchant: +3.
 Maximum Enchant: +18.
 Scrolls (Fighter Weapons): Standard 70% at +4, then 60% until +15, then 35% until +18.  
 Scrolls (Mage Weapons): Same as Fighter Weapons.  
 Scrolls (Armor): Standard Retail gradient rates but slightly improved
 Blessed Scrolls (Weapon):  Gives an additional 5% chance to succeed enchant.
 Blessed Scrolls (Armor):  Gives an additional 5% chance to succeed enchant.
 Soul SA Crystals: Retail Soul Crystal leveling Process. See item Adjustment section below for information on Soul Tokens. Rift is the Standard 8 minutes for shifting rooms and chance card has 7% to get you to Anakazel. Anakazel & Ember 7.5% chance for full party to stage 13. Valakas/Antharas/Frintezza 10% chance for full party to stage 13  

 

 

BASIC FEATURES:

 Mammon: S grade weapons and Armor will be disabled until the end of the first month.
 Mammon: Merchant and Blacksmith of Mammon: are located in Giran.
 Giran Castle Town: (Main Town).
 GM Shop:  Up to B Grade(can purchase A/S grade shots but at a higher price)
 Gatekeeper:  Standard retail teleporter but free to teleport. Special Gatekeeper has teleports to several convenient locations such as Cata/Necros, Primeval Island, Pagan's Entrance, Zaken's Ship
 NPC Buffer with all the important buffs: 2h duration on all buffs.
 Malaria, flu, rheuma, cholera you can only get in Hot Springs, they work as debuffs, cleansable, not on the npcbuffer..
 Anti-buff protection: Toggle on/off with left click.
 Cancel Buffs: Cancel buffs by double left clicking on the individual buffs that you want to cancel.
 Mana Potions: Reuse time is 30s and it's 600 mana per potion over time (20 mana per second)
 Buff slots: 24 + 4. This provides 4 additional buff slots over Retail.
 No weight limit.
  D,C,B,A,S Grade Penalty applied for using items above player level(Same as Retail).
 Inventory slots: for normal races is 250 and for Dwarfs is 290.
 Private Store: sell limit increased to 5 items for all classes.
 Merchant and Blacksmith of Mammon: are located in Giran
 Offline shop: Set up shop and press exit game and Shop will remain online while your computer is off.
 View Drops: Shift + Left click on monsters to see the droplist.
 Auto Loot.
 Auto Learn Skills.
 NO CUSTOM ITEMS!

 Raid Boss Manager: Shows respawn time for level 60+ bosses with 1 hour of random respawn
 Stackable items: enchant scrolls, life stones, book of giants and other books.

 

PROFESSIONS:

  1st Class Transfer - 20,000 adena (NO QUEST).
  2nd Class Transfer - 200,000 adena (NO QUEST).
  3rd Class Transfer - Quest is needed (QUEST or DONATE)
  Sub-Class - Quest is needed (QUEST or DONATE) See Donate Section in GM SHOP (Red Pipette Knife in GM shop Quest Section for Free so players aren't require to hit Baium)
  Noblesse - ALL Must Kill Barakiel (even those that donated to skip quest) (QUEST OR DONATE)See Donate Section in GM SHOP

 

OLYMPIAD:

  Olympiad opens after first month
 Live Olympiad Ranking Leaderboard: Scores are updated every 5 minutes and they are visible in the Community Board(Alt-B).
 Olympiad Competition period [1] week.    Monday is Validation period for 24 hours
 Olympiad start time (Tuesday) end (Sunday 23:59 UTC Time)
 Weapon and Armor Enchants are capped to +6 inside Olympiad. Enchanted items above +6 will work normal outside of Olympiad. Character status will still show increased stats based on your enchant but damage dealt to an enemy inside the Olympiad Arena will be based on a +6 weapon/armor.

 

 

RAID BOSSES:

D/C/B Grade Raids: 11-13 Hour Respawn time.
A/S Grade Raids: 15-17 Hour Respawn time.

 BARAKIEL, CABRIO, HALLATE, KERNON, GOLKONDAL: 4-6 Hours Respawn time.

 

 

EPIC BOSSES:

 Core: (80Lvl) 48 - 96 Hours.
 Orfen: (80Lvl) 46 - 86 Hours.
 Queen Ant: (80Lvl) 48 - 84 Hours.
 Zaken: (80Lvl) 64 - 96 Hours.
 Frintezza: (85Lvl) 114 - 138 Hours.
 Baium: (80Lvl) 120 - 216 Hours.
 Antharas: (80Lvl) 192 - 336 Hours.
 Valakas: (85Lvl) 192 - 336 Hours.
 If a player disconnects inside an epic zone they will have 5 minutes to return. On 3rd disconnect the player gets kicked.

 

EVENT MEDAL REWARDS:

  Active Players (Events):  Every 20 minutes online you get 1 Event Medal no matter where you are.
  AFK Players: If you are AFK 5 mins the reward timer will pause and resume when you return.
  Disconnects: If you disconnect you will have 10 minutes to return so you don't lose your active time.
  Example: If you have been active 19 minutes and you disconnect and if you return after 9 mins you will get reward 1 min later
  Deathmatch Event Medals for rewards.

 NORMAL GRADE LIFE STONES: The chance of getting skill from Normal Life Stone - 4%.

 HIGH GRADE LIFE STONES: The chance of getting skill from High Life Stone - 8%.

CLASS ADJUSTMENTS:

  - Any class with a summoned pet can log out, or be unsummoned, and the pet will retain their buffs when they log back in, just like a player.
  - Additionally, pets that die in combat with Noblesse Blessing will retain their buffs when resummoned, just like a player that died with Noblesse and was resurrected. (Necro pets & Big Boom from Warsmiths are excluded)
  - Bladedancer/Swordsinger damage in PVE/PVP increased(does not affect Olympiad).
  - Gladiator/Tyrant damage in PVE/PVP increased(damage in Olympiad has been reduced slightly)
  - Dagger skill lethal chances have been reduced by half
  - Tank aggro generation has been increased by 25-50% at all skill levels
  - Buffs "Cancelled" by Hero Pole/Sorc/SPS/Banes/Bosses/Mobs will return after 60 seconds
  - Several hard CC abilities, such as Anchor, Silence, Fear...etc have had their durations reduced by 25-50% from their longer retail durations

 

ITEM ADJUSTMENTS:

  - Soul Token and Greater Soul Tokens currencies added to the drop table of every boss that has the capacity to level Soul Crystals. Bosses/T-Rexs that level up to 11 and 12 crystals will drop Soul Tokens and those that can level up to 13 will drop Greater Soul Tokens
  - Raid Tokens have been added as a currency that drops from all 60-80 Raid bosses. In addition to the standard loot that drops from raids, A Grade Raid Tokens will drop from bosses that can drop A grade gear, and S Grade Raid Tokens will drop from bosses that drop S grade gear. After collecting enough of these tokens, they can be turned in at the GM Shop to purchase A and S grade armor/jewelry recipes, Stakato Fangs for crafting materials, life stones, and enchants.
  - Players can trade adena plus several Regular Armor or Weapon enchant scrolls at the GM Shop Scrolls tab for Blessed Enchants of the same grade
  - Adjusted Core Ring and Orfen Earring slightly to have some defense on them and increase player interest in contesting these bosses: Core Ring - Added 65 bonus armor and Orfen Earring - Added 25% Shield P.Def & 30% Spell Interrupt Resist

 

NPC ADJUSTMENTS:

  - The penalty for party members killing a monster from Varka or Ketra ally has been removed, HOWEVER the player penalty for killing an allied Ketra or Varka remains
  - Ground will shake, sky will turn red, and there will be a server wide announcement when Epic Raid Bosses spawn

 

SYSTEM ADJUSTMENTS:

  - PvP zone has been added to all epics and high level raids(Subclass/Nobles bosses excluded)
  - Decreased the amount of players needed for Clan level 6, 7, and 8 from 30, 80, 120 to 10, 60, 80 respectively
  - Clan kick/leave penalty is changed from 24 hours to 2 hours
