Help ZoneName color ID

First of all, thank you for the help in advance.

 

I have troubles identifying what's the color ID, I have the colors but I can't find what are they linked too. Is there any list of colors with the proper ids to match?

Yes, I opened the TGAs and I have the colors like that.

 

I can map the colors to the IDs opening the TGAs and doing it manually yet I wondered if there is a list of color IDs somewhere. I couldn't find a single file stating the color ID to match with the ZoneName-e.dat file.

 

Idk if it's in the client and not in a file or where they are, just to do a proper automatic mapping.
