Discussion Give your opinion on a server development

Hello everyone, 
I am an old lineage 2 developer and I missed the game this couple of years and I would like to get back to it. I was thinking to create a server I dont know yet the details but I would like to ask the community here what would you like to see on a server, I mean like chronicle, xp etc.
Also because I make some kind of money now I will not include any donations that will effect the progression of the player. I was thinking maybe like premioum account with just xp boost etc. Just if some people would like to help on the expenses.
I would like to hear some oppinion and aso iam open if some people would like to help on the development.
