l2 c4 on windows 10

hi guys, my name is rick 35 years old end i wanted to start a server for my hobby.

 

i have the c4 server running only my c4 client wont open.. its somthing with the system map.. cuse when i put in a system map from a other server the game wil run. somone can help me out?
