Good Evening guys today i am making this post cause i am stuck in a little whole with my project. I am having troubles allowing the server to have connections from any other pc or laptop not even my own laptop. The Server is transffered to another  pc that will host the actual Server. So today i am looking for a person who actually knows how to help. The whole thing can be fixed in maximum 10 minutes not more. Ive been doing this long long time ago and i really dont remember how to fix this issue. So please help. Contact me Directly to my Discord - GenuineADM#3147. Hello how are you, the problem you are having is due to firewall ports. 

You must open the ports that your server uses: 2106,7777 ...

If those ports are open it can allow connections from outside. Otherwise you can only access locally: 127.0.0.1



Remember that once you open the ports you must configure the system with the public ip so that your players can enter.
