[help] skill enchanting ..songs/dances

1st. is there somewhere that says how long a song/dance is when enchanted +time?? ie.  i know the base time is 2min, but if i make it +6 time how long, +9 ect. thanks

 

2nd is there any skill enchant bugs/hax for making skills +9 or better without or minimal fail?
