yes this works on l2off(tested on l2gold as i said)

but you are right about you have to sign in catas

in the start i noticed that is for

High Rate Events

so a gm spawns a gatekeeper and u are ported inside already so you don't have to sign up to catas

What about aggresive mobs hanging around catas? Character what is power leveling can be killed by them. Next problem is the levels difference. If it's too big, character with lower lvl won't take any experience.

when you are powering lvling ur powerl leveler never dies

at least in my server the pole hits 360*so he can kill everything

this works in c4,5,interlude,kamael,hellbound
