Hello folks, i'd like you to suggest me a server with the following:

 

-Any chronicle from c4 to Gracia part 2

-Rates x500-x1000

-No strong lag, or no lag at all

-100+ Players online

-60% Single PvP and 40% Party pvp

-Balanced classes

-I would not like a multiskills server

-Please mention the date of opening of server

-I don't mind if the account is autocreate or not..

-And please type of NPC buffer and time for buffs
