Problem BOW's

Hello guys, first of all im not sure if i post in true category btw i have this problem->

I used before 4-5 years ago Lucera pack for my own Lineage 2 server and today when i redownload backoup files and try to run server again in my local pc

everything its okay i entered to l2 world but i have just 1 fckng problem, When i atack with BOW type weapons Ex: Draconic Bow i hit and nothing happend not attack, but with other weapons like dagger weapon hit normally, anyone have idea? 

I thinked that last time my server run on Windows server 2012 or 2015 i dont remember and worked everything maybe can be the problem cause i run it now on Windows 10?

There may be many spots where source of the issue is located. You should start debugging from method Creature#doAttackHitByBow
