In my opinion every char mage/fighter must receive full buff....i mean that i you could make the buff slot such as so we can fully buff.....

As i know all classes will be Balance Because server will be the same with L2 reloaded if someone know it.When was C4

Yeah. what oldhiphop said is correct.

 

About those buffslots, if you'll add c5 buffs[g. shield/might] than you should make 24 slots, but if there won't be any buff from c4+, than 20 is enough.
