Request L2 Intro for Interlude and other chronicles

Hi guys! Fews days ago i saw a beautiful intro for L2 in youtube. I was looking for some tutorial to do it myself but i did not find. 
I dont know how and which one to edit, i dont know if uses GIF image, or video modified. 
if anyone can give me some tips, links, or programs. I will be grateful.
