i was triyng to login to the server from the pc hosting it but stays at the loging screen and cant pass it

the other ppl can join this is my config

I didn't see At your screen shot log in server the... IP  at config ....some like that ..

 

At log in server Config

i downloaded your file put the ip and i have the same problem stays at conecting but is like is not contacting at all if i put a wrong account it doesn't give me like wrong pass

 

i try using 192.168.1.1

              192.168.1.100

              127.0.0.1

all in the internal ip
