Problem With Auction Npc "error" And Price

Hi to all,Im using jacis interlude clean.I tried to delete some clan halls from navicat in auction category but when i started server the conzole give me error. She searching for these wiped clan halls.My questions are how i can to repair that? How i can change the price from every week(rental) of clan halls because in navicat have only for price of bids!?Here i will post some pics to know.
