(Question)About skills i searched

I am trying to create a new skill.Passive for epic.So do i have to use sql to add it to my database?(not sure if their is a skill database in hellbound.)I have run the armor set.And added the skill id at the needed row.Then i made the skillgrp/skillname.also added the xml.

i am interested to add a skill like berseker 25% more power than zerk and be stackble with zerk so can you tell me how m8?if you want we can speak on msn i am from greece too...

English : Well my friend first i need to know if i have to do something with navicat.If not i can tell you in detail.I will gladly tell you how to do it from scratch
