Help Connx Ports Problem

Hello people as you see at my title i have some problems with my ports cause the Host company change the logismic at connx routers i cant open any port I Try all the best solution! Please give

Did you opened the ports in your firewall? Inbound rules to be exact.

Hello Sir its not a dedicate machine by the way its router on my home  it was lag thats why i create double topic
