Hello i am searching for a webhost company who have give host yearly for ~30euro 

I used ovh who is the best on the market but they are not accept paypal method from my country i dont know the reason ..

It's not they're not accept paypal from your country, it that your credit card issuer bank decline payments to foreign accounts/banks due to capital controls.

 

However what are your requirements?

 

What is your prefered location?

Do you need am advanced panel or all you do is via ftp? 

Do you expect to be attacked by ddos?

What is the content to be hosted?
