I`ve see on a server some white and green message of on the center of the game or in right side ( like Shutdown count )

Who knows how can i make it such announcemnts or from what pack they are ?

Btw i`ve find what i want but now i don`t know how to change the text :)

This message will post the 1 THE_SERVER_WILL_BE_COMING_DOWN_IN_S1_SECONDS ( data/lang )

When THE_SERVER_WILL_BE_COMING_DOWN_IN_S1_SECONDS will be executed my `magic` text will apear

Now my question how can i change that white text ?  :o I think is from the system but don`t know where
