True, you have 200 registered users but only 3-4 of them login on daily basis. You need to get the people involved somehow. Start polls, launch the beta (the sooner the better) bump your threads daily...You can't just rely on the banners 2weeks before the opening. How about more events? You can reward all clans with 15+ members for example. You can also give donation coins to beta testers that report bugs. Btw I have a suggestion...What about spawning epics (except QA, Orfen, Core of course) a week later, like you did with the cursed weapons? That way there will be more clans ready to pvp for them, not just the fastest guy like usual. It's a mid rate after all

Where's dat advertising you promised dude? The closer we get to the live date, the less active you are. If you can't login to the forum for more than 1 hour a day, you got no business opening a l2 server
