Hi, i cant setyp a server so take preconfigure pack and i need to open public server but they get haked easy :(

Can i change the pasword of mysql for the server so it would be safer?

First of all,it's wrong section , but it doesn't matter cuz as i see you are new here !!

Well there are many guides here on how to setup a server on your own ! ! Search a bit ;)

Btw preconfigured packs are also hacked by L2PHX . . but also at the non-preconfigrued packZ you need to know Java in order to prevent your server from being exploited by L2phx ;)

Can i change the name=root psw=root?if i it is better?

my friends server got haked on preconfigure by megahaker :(

ofc you can change the psw .. you change it when you configure mysql !!

Also after that you will also have to go at loginserver / server.properties and add the psw there ;)

Also at hellbound packs..the serius l2phx exploits (as far as i know) does not work ;D
