They lock marketplace topics in case of the author is scammer or banned.

i was banned.. but its ok with maxtor now . for bad words i banned im not scammer

I don't know the reason you got banned, I wasn't even a Gold member that time. Maybe you got banned just for flaming, what I mentioned was that there is a report about you.
