Need Some Feedback 30X Stack Sub

I want to reopen my stack sub server with retail l2 off c4 and my own custom stack sub mod. Will people still play this verison of l2? what do you guys think?

My suggestion is :

Interlude server stuck sub form lvl 1 ( dual class mode)

buffs time 30 minutes

buff scrolls in shop

dances songs 5 mnutes

edit somehow sws bds and other weaker classes

elves can sub dark elves  dwarves can sub any class

luxury shop till b grade

grocery shop sell mana drugs soulshots

Each mob drops medals , with that medals ppl can buy buff scrols
