Help Downloading Files

Hello guys i have one problem ... when i am download a file is going to 99% then it stops or it finishes broken ... 

I tried to understand which is the problem and saw if continues to other websites example 4shared mediafire any website i dont know wtf ? I Am trying to download .rar files not something specific anything ! Please if you know something help me to fix it 

Εdit : Also tried different browsers .. nothing ..

Well as i noticed it was a antivirus problem ... now as far as i am browsing the web its fine you can lock the topic
