Cheat Not Working On Steam

Hell guys,

My friend using a for steam and non steam, he tried it on cs 1.6 steam, it didnt work, then he tried it on non steam and it worked, he told me that a friend gave him the cheat, and it must work on cs 1.6 steam.

 

Does anyone know why ?

cheat  work and  with  steam but your   hack  not work in  steam  try  to search  here or  google
