[help] my keybords not respoding

i need help , i have 2 keyboards and none of them working , when i start my pc , num-lock's lamp is on , but its not responding , i tryed both keyboards butnothing , i  dont want to buy new board cuz it could not work plz help me my cable is usb

btw im wrighting with on screen board

oh ye i have 2os[windows] on 1 pc 1os are shitty but keybord working on them and on good os keybord dont work

yes i can enter bios ,tryed to re-plugin,about drivers dunno , ilooked for these drivers , dell optiplex 210l ,

in thiss one should be writen keybords drive  (i think so) cuz in another windows there is written something

is simple , ur usb port of cpu if fucked up , just plug it IN TO ANOTHER PORT , i mind all cpu have like 4 or 6 or 1 in the front

 

i told u by experience , i have broke 2 of my 4 ports alredy xD

tryed all 6 and nothing with 2keybords , in another dos its working i need drivers for dell optiplex 210l but cant find ;(

borrow from friend or something and test it

So what could be wrong I have 2windows in 1 PC  1 windows is real POS-peace of shit  another one is good

so on POS windows keyboard worx on good windows NOT  and I cant see my keyboard in hardware list on good windows.
