Hi, for l2jfrozen... I want Bless Enchat to have a limit. Example: 7+ to +15 with Bless Enchat. That for +16, it doesn't allow use. -

i dont know how to explain it but when i buy a dye str +1 - 1 con its all fine. with the name of it. when im adding it it gives me str +4 -5 con why is that? can any1 help?
