We would like to introduce L2Offer x7 server in a few sentences. L2Offer x7 is and will always be free.
L2Offer x7 is a retail server with minor modifications and services. Among the smaller modifications include, for example subclass level 85, first, second and third class transfer quest is for Adena. 
Subclass quest is turned off. The services include an increase Invetory, wh, CWH, delevel etc.
