I've been trying to run a Lineage server but each time I run startGameServer.bat everything starts to load but after a while I get this error:

 

GameServerLog ]
INFO Deconnected from Login, Trying to reconnect:
INFO java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect
INFO Connecting to login on 127.0.0.1:9014
etc..
