Shoud the bank acc to be on my also,like paypal's one?

Or shall it be on my country?

 

I want to send money from my paypal to bank acc on a customer from other country.

 

EDIT: Also tell me the fees pls

As i know you can normaly send from the bank to an other bank

Else ask your customer if have paypal :D

fees from bank to bank are about 10% ( for diferent coutrys

Serbian's paypal doesnt accept money,they can only send money online. :/
