Auto Learn Skills .

I use preconfigured hellbound pack,NOT all the skills are auto learned for example : Divine Inspiration ....  How can I make that all the skills will be auto learned ?

this is a passive skill learned when u reach a current level under 75 if i am not wrong ... u can set if u want this to be learned auto in the configs ..
