[help]with L2Infinite and l2.ini

i rly dont know why admins of infinitel2 cant make l2.ini for players like me, i dont know why  but i cant connect with this server.Yes i changed host...I think my computer dont see IP's of servers in host.I know there are 2 ways to resolve this problem

 

-Make l2.ini for InfiniteL2

-Format(no way)

 

so my dear cheaters can i ask u for help with making L2.ini (u know tutorials etc etc) or can som1 make l2.ini for me and then tell "how to do it" ?

 

Server- infinitel2.com  ,  factions    ,  Hellbound
