1Q: Do i use the ip i found with fileedit from the l2.ini file for a private server ?

yes, use that ip, and if u cant find it with fileedit first close all programs and run only lineage 2 and login into server and on server selection screen go to "start menu" "run" and type "cmd" after that type "netstat" and look for IP and port
