i think is semi dedicated... thats mean is vps with 4-5 users to use it ... so is called semi dedicated ( marketing rules )

Still not the properly way to call this.

 

Just because you are not 'overselling' too much, or dedicating resources, doesn't means, that it magically become 'truely dedicated', because everything is placed in the same environment, so you are sharing it with other customers.

 

So it has the properly name "Virtual Private Server" for a reason, so yes, it is a VPS, but the word 'dedicated or semi-dedicated' will not fit here.
