ok i found the program.i tested on oficial and works 100% here is the link for program:

its a snifer/radar/bot  program.

 

HOW TO SET UP.

 

1ST. OPEN THE CONFIG FILE AND INSERT YOUR L2.EXE PATH.

2ND. RUN SNIFFER AND L2 SHOULD OPEN LIKE THE SCREENSHOT DOWN.

3RD.TO SETUP THE BOT 1ST LOGIN YOU CHAR AND THEN PRESS RIGHT CLICK ON THE ICON THAT APEAR IN YOUR USER BAR AND SELECT PREFERENCES.

After seeing the enemy clans i suppose its the radar from a clan in official Teon server...

Could we have a translation of the readme file?

i dont know many thing about that.just set your l2.exe path in the config file and run the program it will run the l2 automatli.it also have and bot inside like walker ingame and its free.;p for more things work the program alone to see what it have on oficial hellbound and on some interlude off servers i tested that was working fine but i dont know about l2j.
