Bug Olympiad's Dmg Bug

So .. im playing on a high rate server and there's a guy using Phoenix Knight which lost vs me (pk vs pk) tons of times by dmg/hp now , from 1 week , it became impossible to reach his amount of dmg . For ex. I do 25k dmg tot and he does 50k which is seriously impossible since I use everything exists to boost my dmg so I wonder is it a bug or exploit ?? If its an exploit mby some of u may know it . Thanks in advance .

try to use proper atrubutes, talismans and resisntance from him ;) + fix ur dye's lol..
