All Kamael SAs work exactly the same as regular weapon SAs with the exception of cheap shot on bows/crowsbows. Cheap shot on a regular bow has a chance of reducing MP consumption during a general attack, cheap shot on kamael crossbows reduces MP consumption while using a skill, kinda like clarity.
