How can i change augment rate ?

Hello guys!! First of all i have interlude l2jfrozen pack :)

 

At the moment players have augment skill chance really high!! How can i lower them ?

 

I searched a bit but i cant find a way to change the rates :/

go to

 

gameserver/config/head/enchant.properties

 

find

 

AugmentationNGSkillChance = 15

AugmentationMidSkillChance = 30

AugmentationHighSkillChance = 45

AugmentationTopSkillChance = 60

 

and change to whatever you want.
