How to "checkout" and "update up to day" through a proxy

Hi, I study in a university wich has proxy, so I can't run some programs due to that, but those programs like browser wich have proxy settings still work.

 

So i need to know, how to configure eclipse to be able to checkout or update up to date the project I'm working with.
