i got my set ready also the custom skill how to make when armor set is wear give this skill????cause from navicat i cant cause my armor ids are 70000+

You need to make it through datapack,find the armor set would you like to apply it and add the ID.

You can actually how others armor which grants you with a skill & do the same for yours.
