[Help] Icarus and Dynasty Mage Things (casting speed)

Well in the most packs i found this problem. Icarus Weps for Mage don't give Casting Speed, Dynasty Mage Set too. What have i to modify that it gives good casting speed? (Maybe some of you got the good stats for this).

yeah but what should i add there for casting speed? and how much custing speed would be good for them? ty!!!

In game it does not give casting speed, so what is setted wrong here?

hm mabye make a skill for it ...so if u wear it.. a passiv skill will be added for that weapon. and add that skill in database,

and define a .xml data for it

well withour anything i got 300 casting speed, with it 400 so only 100 more, how can i change that it gives more, and what is the perfect casting speed it should give?

this is the line u gotta change .. the val='1.15' .. do it 2.0 or as u want ..
