Buffer Help(interlude)

Hello ,

I have a problem with me buffer, I use l2jfrozen .

Now let's start ...

I add 9999_NPCbuffer , i put server online and when i try to buff this massage apear :"You are either not on a quest that involves this NPC, or you don't meet this NPC's minimum quest requirements.".....Bat if i reload "Scripts custom" Buffer work.So when i restart server buffer show me the above message bat when i give reload it work.

If someoane know how to fix this problem please help me . Thanks in advance .. Sry for bat english.
