[HELP] Problem adding weapons and armors on .dat files

Hello i have seen many tutorials but i do the same and always get error.

Once i get copy the text from Weapons.txt and armors.txt and trying to paste on Weaponpg.dat  or  Armorpg.dat

and save it ill get error

Anyone help me via team viewer or explain me better plz... i really want to import customs armors or weapons but there are all rejected.
