HELP RB SPAWN

Hi  i need a little help  i want to make a custom rb zone on l2j frozen interlude (no epic boss just normals) the zone what i make is TOI from 1 to 13 ...all done stil here but whenh i spawn any rb from l2 afret restart they disapear...If anyone can help me here I'd greatly appreciate it
