Window -> Preferences -> Java -> Compiler like 1.6

JAVA_HOME have http://www.part.lt/img/482c1df20c3fec94d136e303b077f17d71.jpg

instal corect jdk ,,jre  or try instal jdk 7,, maybee that s help    read l2j eclipse install tutorial on l2j webpage ,,, how to setup eclipse how to install everithing,,,,
