I cant add npc,custom items on my server pls HELP Me !!

not error .. i cant add Special teleport for farm areas , lvl up areas and etc .. for interlude .. i write loc in navicat .. i make brouser file too but i again nothing .. gatekeeper have Towns/Starting Areas/Raid Bosses.. but i want add farm areas and 2 locations for farm areas .. if u can help me will be awsome :s .. sorry for my bad english

so u have got a problem with adding gatekeeper, did u try spawning him from game with ADMIN character?
